I addressed critical gaps in how training content was governed and maintained with an evolving LMS. As Governance Architect and Project Lead, I analyzed unstructured content workflows and fragmented handoffs, then designed scalable governance & audit processes. The results were a structured content lifecycle that reduced errors, improved consistency, and established clear ownership and quality controls.
