Services

I played a leading role in the enterprise-wide migration from Oracle to Workday Learning, driving readiness, adoption, and system excellence across all learning organizations. My work accelerated go-live success, reduced resistance, improved system proficiency, and established the governance structures that still support Workday Learning today.

Leading the Workday Learning Leads (WLLs)

  • Built a functioning change-agent network from the ground up.
  • Facilitating monthly WLL meetings to gather sentiment, identify resistance, and align stakeholders.
  • Created onboarding courses by role, ensuring consistent system proficiency.
  • Directed the rebranding of 757 programs, reviewed 2089 courses, and managed ongoing content governance with WLLs.
  • Assembled 40+ testers, wrote 55 user stories, and managed 101 completed test cases to validate end-to-end LMS functionality.

Training Enablement, Integration, and Governance

  • Designed the LMS quality review workflow, including new reports, templates, and a Nintex form used enterprise-wide.
  • Created and launched the Workday Enablement Learning Program to support business areas without L&D teams.
  • Led the Microsoft Teams–Workday Learning integration testing and user education.
  • Drove the Content Migration workstream, enabling 881 courses to auto-migrate.

“Sharon, you went above and beyond, leading the enterprise L&D team in the transition to Workday. You kept all the WLLS involved and engaged throughout the entire
transition to ensure go-live readiness. Kudos for a job well done!”
